Appreciated the reasonably spacious family room with good bed and the way it was setup.

Particularly good and excellent location, 5 minutes' walk to Patong Boxing Stadium. Lots of good food for meals.

The location was convenient and ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an elaborate mall. It was located in a peaceful area just off the largest Shopping Centre of Phuket, Jungceylon, all the markets and main attractions, a unique base for me. The a double room was soundproof, included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. And it had a magnificent view of mountain.

It was just a short walk to Jungceylon Shopping Center and Bangla Road, making it easy to explore the vibrant area of Patong. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. the swimming pool was a nice feature, providing a refreshing place to relax and cool off. we had a pleasant experience at New Square and would recommend it for those looking for a good location and comfortable accommodations.

The noise from the street and neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, even on the 8th floor. the small bathroom and small balconies were a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay during our Thanksgiving holiday in this hotel. the breakfast options were plentiful with a made, to, order egg station and tasty Chinese, style breakfast items. the hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and beaches. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the beautiful view from our balcony. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The hotel I stayed in for the weekend was amazing! The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition with three towels provided per person which was a nice touch. What I loved the most about this hotel was its location.
